To Use One of the Templates for Your Own Educator Plan:

  1. Open the Educator Plan template, then make a copy of it before editing. Leave the current version as is.

  2. On your copy, change the text marked in red.

  3. Edit the action items as needed.

  4. Print, sign, and submit the signed copy to the department head.

  5. Save the digital copy as a PDF and place it in your Google Evaluation Folder.
